iPhone SDK!!

So i’ve got the SDK downloaded and set up on my machine. I had a quick look around and from on GUI point of view it looks very impressive. The icons are as you would expect from Apple, detailed yet somehow minimalist. All I need to do know is sit down and get to grips with the code. I’m going to practice with the sample apps that they have provided to get used to the coding environment. My next dilema is to decide what type of app I want to create. 1.1.4 is here!!

Well wasn’t that a nice surprise. Connected my iPhone about half an hour ago and low and behold the 1.1.4 update was available. Can’t seem to find any documentation on the Apple site. Mr Jobs promised it by the end of Feb 2008, and there have been reports that it may infact be delayed. It seems like Apple are up to their old tricks – stalling the release of a product in order to build the hype even more (Leopard anyone?) Fair enough there are still 3 days left, so maybe my post is a little premature, still it doesn’t...
